Founding Stewardship Cohort Review

A limited group of 12 aircraft receiving structured, preservation-first surface care designed around the aircraft’s condition, use, storage environment, and long-term ownership goals.

More Than Scheduled Detailing

The Stewardship Program begins with a simple question: How should this aircraft be cared for over time?
Rather than repeatedly treating every visit as an isolated detailing job, Aero Gleam assesses the aircraft's surfaces, establishes an appropriate baseline, and builds a preservation strategy around how the aircraft is actually operated and stored.

Assess. Clean. Preserve.

Assess.

Evaluate paint, brightwork, plexiglass, interior surfaces, contamination, storage conditions, and existing protection.

Clean.

Use surface-appropriate processes to safely remove contamination and prepare the aircraft for preservation.

Preserve.

Establish and maintain the appropriate protection strategy to reduce unnecessary correction and help preserve the aircraft's appearance, surfaces, and long-term value.

Assess. Clean. Preserve. That's the Aero Gleam Solution.

The Founding Cohort

The first 12 aircraft accepted into Aero Gleam's Stewardship Program will form our Founding Cohort. These aircraft will be established with structured service intervals, documentation standards, and preservation protocols that will define the Stewardship Program as Aero Gleam grows.
Founding Cohort aircraft receive:
  • An initial aircraft surface assessment and documented condition baseline
  • A preservation strategy based on aircraft condition, use, and storage
  • Structured recurring service rather than reactive detailing
  • Ongoing observation of protected surfaces
  • An annual surface assessment documenting condition and preservation priorities
  • A maintained Stewardship Service Record of services, protection, and surface observations
  • Priority scheduling within the Stewardship Program
  • Direct owner-operated service and communication
At the owner's request, Aero Gleam can provide a consolidated Stewardship Record documenting the aircraft's surface-care history while enrolled in the program—including assessments, services performed, protection applied, and recorded condition observations.  This record may be retained with the aircraft's ownership documentation or provided by the owner in connection with a future sale.

Is the Founding Cohort Right for Your Aircraft?

The program is designed for owners and operators who want aircraft appearance care managed as an ongoing preservation responsibility—not simply scheduled when the aircraft looks dirty.
Participation is limited to 12 aircraft and requires a minimum two-quarter commitment. Acceptance follows an initial review to ensure the aircraft, operating environment, service expectations, and Aero Gleam's capabilities are a good fit.
