Operational Aircraft Care

Aircraft Care Built Around the Aircraft's Schedule

Why After-Hours Matters

Aircraft operate on schedules that rarely align neatly with a traditional workday. Charter operations, business travel, late arrivals, early departures, and changing flight schedules can leave narrow windows in which an aircraft is available for care.
Aero Gleam uses those windows.
Evening, overnight, and coordinated after-hours service allows cleaning, corrective work, and protection to take place while the aircraft is already on the ground—rather than asking an operator to create additional downtime simply to accommodate surface care.
Sometimes the need is planned: an aircraft returns in the evening and has an overnight window before its next departure. Sometimes it is unexpected: a cabin requires attention after a flight, a carpet needs extraction, or an exterior condition needs to be addressed before the aircraft returns to service.
In either case, the objective is the same: work around the aircraft's schedule whenever practical, rather than asking the aircraft's schedule to work around ours.
When the aircraft stops, the opportunity for care begins.

After-Hours & Coordinated Service

Aircraft schedules do not always align with normal business hours. Aero Gleam provides scheduled evening, overnight, and select short-notice service when surface care must be coordinated around aircraft operations.
This may include interior recovery between flights, carpet extraction following spills or unexpected cabin conditions, exterior cleaning, contamination removal, and preservation services completed during aircraft downtime.
After-hours availability is evaluated according to aircraft type, service requirements, location, access, and the aircraft's operating schedule.

Clean-On-Call™

Aircraft operations do not always provide advance notice. A late arrival, unexpected cabin condition, contamination event, or change in the next departure can create a surface-care need that cannot reasonably wait for a traditional appointment.
For established operators and Stewardship clients, Clean-On-Call™ provides a direct path for time-sensitive aircraft care. Once Aero Gleam is familiar with the aircraft, operating environment, access requirements, and expected standard of care, service can be coordinated with less administrative friction when unexpected needs arise.
For operators we have not yet served, a time-sensitive need can also be the beginning of the relationship. Aero Gleam will evaluate short-notice requests based on the aircraft, required service, location, access, available service window, and our ability to complete the work appropriately.
When the circumstances align, we can begin with the immediate need and build the working relationship from there.
Clean-On-Call™ is offered by arrangement and subject to availability.

Who This Is Designed For

Operational Aircraft Care is designed for aircraft owners and organizations whose schedules, utilization, or service requirements make flexibility in aircraft care particularly valuable.
That includes charter operators and flight departments managing aircraft around passenger and mission schedules; FBOs and maintenance facilities coordinating care for aircraft on their ramps; and corporate aircraft owners who value having service performed during periods when the aircraft would otherwise be sitting.
It is particularly valuable for aircraft that operate frequently, return late, depart early, experience changing schedules, or have limited windows available for cleaning and preservation.
Not every request requires after-hours service. When a conventional appointment makes sense, Aero Gleam will schedule one. After-hours availability is intended for situations where working around the aircraft's operating schedule provides meaningful value.
For recurring aircraft and commercial operators, that relationship can develop further through Clean-On-Call™, creating a more direct path to coordinated and time-sensitive care.
Built for aircraft that need to be ready when their next mission begins.

Discuss Your Operating Requirements

Every aircraft operation is different. Flight schedules, aircraft utilization, hangar access, passenger expectations, turnaround requirements, and available service windows all influence how surface care can best be coordinated.
Aero Gleam begins by understanding those requirements.
Whether you are looking for recurring evening or overnight service, coordinated care during scheduled aircraft downtime, support for an occasional time-sensitive need, or a longer-term preservation relationship, we can discuss how Aero Gleam may fit into your operation.
For charter operators, flight departments, FBOs, and other recurring clients, that conversation can also establish the access, communication, aircraft information, and service expectations necessary to make future requests easier to coordinate—including eligibility for Clean-On-Call™.
There is no requirement that aircraft care take place after hours. When daytime service works for the aircraft and the operator, it works for Aero Gleam. The objective is simply to identify the service window that creates the least disruption while allowing the work to be performed properly.
Tell us how your aircraft operates. We'll discuss how Aero Gleam can work around it.
